Do I have to commit to a long contract?
Essential and Vital memberships are month-to-month with a 30-day cancellation notice. Unlimited requires a 3-month commitment.
Can I freeze my membership?
Yes. Vital and Unlimited memberships can be frozen for up to 60 days per calendar year at no cost. Contact us before your requested freeze date.
Which memberships include classes?
Unlimited includes unlimited Reformer and Yoga classes. Essential and Vital members get discounted classes. No membership? Every class includes same-day access to the full recovery space: cold plunge, infrared and traditional sauna, red light therapy, compression and recovery tools.
What happens if a class doesn’t have enough people booked?
Classes run with 2 or more bookings. If a class hasn’t reached 2 bookings two hours before start (or by 8 pm the night before for classes starting before 9 am), we cancel it and email everyone booked (plus an app notification if you use the VAR app). Your class credit goes straight back to your account. Booking early is the best way to make sure your class runs.
