One to two minutes is the whole job.
- Warm up or shower first. Come in from a class, the sauna, or a quick rinse.
- Step in slowly and settle to the shoulders. The first few seconds are the loudest. Slow, long exhales get you through them.
- Stay 1 to 2 minutes. First time? Shorter is fine. You can always get out early.
- Get out and warm back up. Towel off, then head to the sauna or get dressed and move around.

Fresh water, every week.
Every week we drain each plunge completely, clean the tub, change the filters, and refill it with fresh water.

A swimsuit and that's it.
Bring a swimsuit. Towels are stocked in the wet and sauna area. We have 4 bathrooms; 2 with showers and 2 without.
Before your first plunge.
- How cold is the water?
- Between 37°F and 55°F.
- How long should I stay in?
- 1 to 2 minutes. If it's your first time, start shorter.
- Do I need to reserve the cold plunge?
- No. Walk in during open hours.
- How is it cleaned?
- Weekly: fully drained, tub cleaned, filters changed, and refilled with fresh water.
- Is cold plunge included in memberships or classes?
- Yes. It's part of the recovery space, along with sauna, red light therapy and compression, and every Reformer or Yoga class includes same-day access to it. See memberships.
- Is it safe for me?
- If you're pregnant or have a heart condition, high blood pressure, or another medical condition, check with your doctor before using the cold plunge.
